Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated based on your distance from V1 BY LaTae, and the weight of your purchase.

All of our shipping methods include package tracking. Customers paying for their shipping may select their preferred carrier and method: USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS® Ground, or UPS® Standard. Customers using any ‘free shipping’ promotion will receive their order via USPS First Class Package.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

V1BYLaTae.com ships to addresses within the contiguous U.S., including P.O. boxes and in-country APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

V1BYLaTae.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition to this, please email V1 BY LaTae at info.V1BYLaTae.com to notify us of the damage.

International Shipping Policy

To best serve our customers, V1 BY LaTae is not shipping internationally (outside of the United States), during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
