Q: What does it mean to be Big-18 Free?
A: Our nail polish is non-toxic. Evidence shows that long-term exposure to toxic chemicals can be extremely dangerous. Some of these chemicals can be found in nail polish. Most nail polish is free of the “Toxic Trio”, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde, and Toluene. Ordinary polishes may be 5-free or 7-free, targeting the next most commonly used hazardous chemicals, Camphor, Xylene, and Formaldehyde Resin.
V1 BY LaTae goes beyond the ordinary to provide our customers with non-toxic polishes, free from an astounding 18 chemicals, by-products, and unwanted substances that can be found in traditional nail polishes.
Our products are free from: gluten, coal tar, ketones, lead, formaldehyde, mercury, camphor, parabens, FD&C, wheat by-products, polyurethane, aromatic hydrocarbons, DBP, formaldehyde-like derivatives, petrochemical solvents, toluene, polyurethane film-formers, and phthalates.
Q: Is your nail polish vegan?
A: Yes, our polish is vegan. Our nail polish is not made with any animal-derived substances.
Q: How do I apply and remove the polish?
A: Our fast-drying, peel-off nail polish is easy to apply! Just paint the desired nails with a thin coat of nail polish, then air dry for one minute. Once the first coat of polish is dry, apply more coats as needed.
To remove, just peel it off or use a manicure stick! With our peel-off nail polish, you won’t have to worry about damaging your nails with acetone or nail polish remover. When you want a new color, just peel it off and reapply!
Q: Are top coat, base coat, or primer required?
A: No, top coat, base coat, and primer are not needed for application. However, you may choose to use these products to provide a strong foundation or long-lasting finish to your wear.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship within the continental United States and Canada. As of now, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska.
